Your Scissor Sisters second DVD collection documenting many of the moments of the past two years will be coming out this winter and they want YOU to be a part of it.

Do you have footage of you meeting the band? Concert footage from a show, homemade videos of you singing your favorite Scissor Sisters songs? If you do - we want to see it.

Anything and everything Scissor Sister related could make the cut. Tell us what you like about the band, show us you getting ready to see the band live, even karaoke, school performances, interpretive dance ..etc!

KEEP ON READING FOR THE STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW YOU CAN BE IMMORTALIZED ON DVD

To send in your footage follow these steps:

  • 1. Load your video file onto a computer - either from your camera, camcorder or mobile phone.
  • 2. Click here to download a Submission form and fill it in. The highlighted fields need to be completed by you. This is necessary so we can use your video.
  • 2a. You should put your name and address at the top where indicated.
  • 2b. Choose which category in section 1.0 best describes your video or you can describe it yourselves.
  • 3. Rename the Submission form to "your name - submission" ( i.e. John Smith - Submission)
  • 4. Rename your video file to your name - "your name - video" (i.e. John Smith - Video)
  • This will help us keep track of all the submissions.
  • 5. Now go to: www.megaupload.com - we want you to use this site to send us your video.
  • 6. In "Select a file to send" - click browse and find your file stored on your computer - then click Open. See below for tech specs - or if you have any tech questions.
  • 7. Then in "Recipients Address" put "ScissorSistersDVD@gmail.com"
  • 8. In "Your Email Address" add - you guessed it - your email address!
  • 9. In "Description" add "SS DVD - and Your Name - , Your Age, Then Your Town / City - and Your Country"
  • 10. Almost there! Read the disclaimer at the bottom of this page!
  • 11. Tick the "accept the terms" box and click Send and wait for the file to load! (be patient - it may take a while)

When it's loaded - you'll get an email saying your video has been sent and we'll get your video!

You must then email your fully completed submission form to ScissorSistersDVD@gmail.com

ALL SUBMISSIONS ARE DUE BY AUGUST 3rd, 2007 at MIDNIGHT.

TECH SPECS
The following video formats are acceptable MOV, DV, AVI, WMV. Please use the highest resolution possible so that it can be used. 720x480 at 30 frames per second is preffered but other resolutions will be accepted.
